I blogged 2 days ago but it looks like I got some verification and looks like TechnoDyne causing Preet some trouble as well. Are TechnoDyne crooks every coming back?
I was the only one to report Gerald Denault sued SAIC and won!
SAIC has to pay his legal bills.
That is huge news!!!!!!!!!!
In my opinion Denault is guilty but SAIC is guiltier and know Denault will have the resources to prove it. Obviously a judge felt Denault had a right to SAIC paying his legal bills so maybe he agreed that SAIC had a role and responsibility.
Richard Valcich's whistle blowing letter sure seems to prove that before Denault even arrives on the scene SAIC is less than ethical.
People send me stuff all the time annoymously like someone went to the trouble to send me a legal doc that appeared to have Joe Tacopina's name on it. I have no idea -- I am just an artist blogger so this floated by me and it floated away.

Kick Back in Time powerful piece and she is the only one to out Gartner.
I want to know how much we have paid Gartner since Mike Bloomberg got in to office and if Glenn Hutchins has a comment re: GS Mike's best client brokering sell-off of Gartner stock.
I believe we paid Gartner a mega-fortune on ECTP 911 bigger crime than CityTime and The NY Post article seems to show us less than ethical behavior on Gartner's part as well.
