+ I do think crime stoppers should have more categories besides "bank robberies" and my no. 1 suggestion is "sexual predators" (rapist) and it would be a major project but uploading every video or sketch of a criminal and categorizing by crime and location and than being able to cross reference and search by either in their search engine, the same for New York 1 that does consistent updates on criminals that need to be caught. Every newspaper and news/tv show should so so on their website because we are in downward economic turn and this would be a way to help work towards catching criminals and making neighborhoods safer.
+The NYPD should always also have lists of community outreach and resources as well because it isn't just about catching criminals.

p.s. I am for putting a color image if available or a sketch of a rapist or robber on every street corner, store window and light pole. Yes it might scare kids, hurt tourism and mom and dad won't want to send their kids to college in a city where the the colleges are among the most powerful real estate holders in NY but better to be scared and AWARE -- even at a young age if a child knows than a child can protect themselves.
