Cooper Union not as bad as the Evil Empire NYU at least not yet Cooper Union's "progress" new Bowery for college kids and uber rich

Cooper Union's new hideous studio building, a fractured aquarium more appropriate for a Hollywood movie set for a "B" movie.  "Saint" Cooper Union, who gathers the media together to tell them how much the community just loves what they are doing as their city planner, oops I mean the peoples  City planner (hilarious! Ms. Amanda Burden),  although socialite city planner mega millionaire Amanda Burden acts like she is the personal city planner for NYU, Columbia U. and of course Cooper Union.  Even Guiliani's city planner said "NO" to Cooper Union's plan to tear down their little Science Building (around the corner near the black cube)  and supersize it, move out and rent it for 99 years.  The way I understand it those "not for profit" institutions for higher ed that don't understand the word "no" have high priced attorney's to beat down the communities law suits.    In my opinion the water main breaks with in one block of this Cooper Union Studio where caused by Cooper Union's build, putting the high speed build a head of infrastructure concerns and Cooper Union won't pay but the landlords and renters pay...nice!   Another way to push out the unwanted inconvenient people...Just my opinion...    When we have water main breaks, sink holes, crane and construction accidents how many people are forced out and never return?  Makes more room for college campus expansion, etc.  (Just beyond the hideous fractured aquarium is the Cooper Square Hotel that looks like a spaceship landed and parked on the Bowery.  Hello 9th Precinct, please ticket and tow these hideous space ships.   Even worse is the sky piercing Scarano hideous Bowery Hotel sandwiched between the Salvation Army which will mostly like sell cash in as the Salvation Army did evicting all those women who had affordable housing by Gramercy Park and the hideous Bowery eyesore Hotel has a homeless shelter on the other side so really rich people can sit outside and really enjoy fine dining!  If the NYPD needs more prison space they could use that hotel because it looks like a prison to me.  

First came NYU's mega dorms down 3rd Avenue and than came sky piercing hotels and a new studio all that look like "space ships" or  hideous buildings for a movie set that have nothing to do with the lower East Side unless you think "greed" is the new lower east side.  Gordon Gekko for President of NYU Cooper Union and Columbia U.  I voted for Mayor Bloomberg and when we had our brief chat on the steps of City Hall it was clear to me the mayor put NYU ahead of the people of this city.  Of course John Sexton the president ran down to testify that we need to toss term limits and have King Mayor Bloomberg because no other incoming mayor would //// the community like his mega bucks pals Mike and Amanda.    John Sexton's list of mega bucks pals is like NYU's need to expand, unending...very rich and powerful friends and you thought we lived in a democracy, NYC is oligarch central and John Sexton runs his own oligarchy, the evil empire and Cooper Union is supersizing and expanding here as rapidly.   + You can listen to my youtubes  "Post traumatic term limits"  John the church murder Sexton" where I described the parishioners crying and praying on the street, "NYU makeover takeover..." and many of my youtubes make reference to NYU's tear down of St. Ann's from 1847 that survived everything but NYU's need and greed to build yet another mega dorm

Cooper Union Mega dorm and beyond it the NYU mega dorm part of a river of concrete, a river of denial called NYU-mega destruction, purple reign of terror, NYU mega dormed the East Village to death and Cooper Union, The New School, SVA and New York Law jumped on the bandwagon.
Reflects a history destroyed and a community no longer welcome...you will have to visit a recreation of the East Village, Bowery, Lower East Side in Las Vegas or a museum...

Can we have drug testing for architects...I am told so I don't have this documented just hear say, that Cooper Union "we aren't as bad as NYU" only because you don't have their deep pockets yet but you are on the way, owns the property...I don't know if this is true but I was told that if you buy a condo you are buying land lease property...don't know if that is true but it may explain in part why I appears more than half empty...

Mayor Bloomberg and Amanda Burden, he made his mega bucks, she was born in to hers and married and divorced even more mega bucks are so proud of this new hideous New York, soulless shopping mall built on old New York's infrastructure, communities that made the neighborhoods so attractive are not welcome, same for Mom and Pop businesses.

Welcome to the new hideous new york for college kids, uber rich and tourists!!!!!!!  How ironic the movie crews will have to film in Canada, not because it is cheaper but to recreate the New York they helped to destroy by "glamourizing" so every college kids wants to live here, everyone wants to party here...but there is still a harsh brutal and heart breaking underbelly of homelessness, drugs and more and I am sure the mega rich just have their's delivered.  Yes, the rich just have it all delivered.
