Delita Hooks No longer remembers the woman's name and blew the woman is her friend none of those women offered me assistance or asked me if I was OK but the women in blue I gather doesn't want to lie in a legal proceeding so my attacker suddenly doesn't remember her name but she remembers my Rudin protest sign.  I wore it like a large necklace protesting in fact we don't have a trauma level one hospital with a rape crisis center and AIDS care in the West Village anymore was open September 11 but not anymore now it's condos!

JOE Tacopina has not denied he broke laws using a fake account on YouTube to openly threaten me a cunt threat to turn the tables on me. I believe threatening someone online during an open investigation is a serious crime with no statute of limitations. I felt an ethical Complaint and he did not deny that he broke the law or that he drafted the letter for Delita Hooks threatening me yet again to the attention of NYPD Det. Andrew Dwyer.


The doctors office is sacred it's a place where you have even more rights including to Privacy and this creepy doctor has admitted he knew I was doctor Vine's patient and he did not investigate-- and he discussed me without investigating what happened with his patients meaning he lied about me and what happened!


One of his patients came and harassed me and said I was crazy I responded if I was crazy it would make what they did even worse and what kind of person are you to come and blame me the victim I didn't say anything or do anything to justify that and it's not justifiable that kind of violence!

This woman who punched me is horrific what she did to me what she continues to do lying but who is in powered her and who joined in the lies?  Dr Andrew Fagelman, his NYPD fixers, City of New York corporate counsel One Police Plaza Internal Affairs, Joe Tacopina and Chad Seigel have not denied that they joined in breaking laws the goal to harass me intimidate me into dropping charges by using fake accounts on YouTube - I filed ethical complaints about both of them they had the opportunity at that point to say they didn't do it, Rudin and or his retired NYPD on his payroll or retired NYPD commander was he involved?

We have Internal Affairs who mostly protects NYPD Crimes we have CCRB the Civilian complaint review Board, we have cc PC the Commission To Combat Police Corruption, we have the NYPD Inspector General maybe we can put Dr Andrew Fagelman as the head all these different agencies that are supposed to investigate NYPD Crimes abuse of power civil rights violations so he can help to make sure NYPD get away with all kinds of wrongdoing? I don't need his help they seem to get away with it anyway....

  A shrink could determine why the president of NYU, John Sexton acts like real estate is heroin and he can't get enough. The only thing John Sexton, Mike Bloomberg and the worst city planner ever Amanda the people's Burden have not done is provide buses, trains and trolley to move the community out for NYU's viscous, ruthless and corrupt dealings to expand the campus as they destroy our neighborhoods and push out long term communities. NYU is a sick and twisted college and was the suicide capitol until NYU put up a suicide prevention shield in Bobst Library another eye sore that should never have been built on Washington Sq. Park.

How ironic because if NYU had done this in the first place the WTC area would have been rebuilt already. Walk past 120 East 12th Street and see the facade of St. Ann's from 1847 that survived everything but NYU's need and greed to build yet another mega dorm in the East Village. The USPS owned the air rights over St. Ann's and was legally obligated to notify the State of NY so the State would come in and examine is this in the best interest of the community but just like chronically blocking the fire hydrants around the corner the USPS was confident it was above the law. NYU and the USPS did not care about what is best for the community. I just wrote a long piece exposing NYU including how I over heard a staff member bragging about getting a zero mortgage from NYU and how Bobst Library is the only university library to have to install suicide barriers because NYU's library was the student suicide spot for kids to kill themselves. NYU used the term community facility to bust through zoning yet they exclude the community. I asked NYU, Mike Bloomberg on the John Gambling show to protect us from NYU and to make NYU give us community outreach resource centers in ever mega dorm so the students see the community they are over whelming is struggling and get involved in volunteering. I even wrote President Obama asking for him to pressure NYU to implement this because NYU is gobbling up the communities where ever they expand. NYU set the precedent for Cooper Union, The New School, SVA, NY Law to all join NYU in mega dorming the East Village to death and further displace the East Village. I went to bed in the East Village and woke up in a bad xerox of mid-town turning in to a bad xerox of Dubai. You see I lived next to St. Ann's and I witnessed NYU's special free passes to work 7 days a week and late nights. NYU has made the Village east and west look like the finanical district and that was clearly Mike and Amanda, socialite mega millionaire the people's Burden goal. NYU zone busting lead the way for hotels to come in and an entire transitory population of college students and tourists as the community was pushed out in all kinds of clever ways. NYU is the evil empire. NYU is the purple reign of terror using higher ed status as a tax shelter to buy up as much property as possible at the communities expense in way too many ways including displacement.
