Comptroller Accidentally Gave Me Det Vergona Claim Back

I handed her 2 copies and 2 originals.
She stamped 3 of 4 and handed me back original Notice of Claim against Det John Vergona.

We verified they have processed receiving Claim against all NYPD supervisors involved as per Nov 20th incident.

Now both are officially submitted.

I filed both on the 7th, yesterday but accidentally she handed the one on Det. John Vergona that should come first back and I didn't realize. I had one of the copies stamped and I liked having the official stamp. I made a copy of the stamped Vergona one that I just turned in for my records as well.

The Federal Agencies we reach out to cannot ignore the rise in Claims of Notice against the NYPD and John Liu has already talked about the rise in law suits against the NYPD.

On Monday, January 7, 2013 at approximately 5:07 p.m., police responded to a report of shots fired at 61 East 42 Street (Brooklyn). Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim, 22, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the head. A female victim, 27, was also discovered, with a gunshot wound to the left leg. EMS responded to the location and pronounced victim #1 deceased at the scene and transported victim #2 to Kings County Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition. There are no arrest(s) and the investigation is ongoing.

Starting today after a month and half of being shutdown CCRB is trying to resume their work although based on --- in my opinion -- due to archaic technology -- CCRB is re-open but just barely.

No one in the news reporting this and they aren't asking Bloomberg, Kelly and mayoral candidates comptroller who pointed out NYPD law suits - claims of notice up--
ask Comprtoller candidate wannabe's for a comment.
