Mr Huang was last seen in the vicinity of Christie St and Hester St in Manhattan on 02/19/11 at 3:00 PM, wearing a blue baseball cap, waist length brown coat, light brown pants, and Black leather shoes. Mr Huang suffers from Alzheimers and Hypertension. If seen, please call 911.
