Suzannah Troy Artist Writes DEP Commissioner re: 7th St. & 2nd Avenue and infrastructure problems citywide
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8dDGASwyA8 please explain why in 5 years you cannot fix the infrastructure problems here from water main breaks to man hole covers exploding to gas leaks down the street. Any ideas? Same intersection almost 5 years ago Do you think we need someone to address infrastructure problems city wide? I do. Thank you. I post this and related issues on my blogs.
