Stabbing St. Marks Place by 3rd Ave. ?

I do not have any info although I called the 9th Precinct. The 9th and the 1st Precinct in my experience have been less than forth coming but the 7th Precinct under a new commander, Capt. Nancy Barry gets the highest rating -- an A+ for professionalism and calling me back promptly and answering my question as honestly as possible which I greatly appreciated as a concerned citizen and blogger.
