Mayor Bloomberg ran NYC gov like CorruptCo my name corrupt company - if the did what he did rewarding a culture of failure and a revolving door of corruption he would be bankrupt and Christine Quinn pushed through every corrupt deal possible! Is there any company billing NYC Gov that isn't ripping us off but the worst offenders have to be on the 911 Tech system called ECTP where a 4th grader doing simple math could tell you we had a 1 billon dollar budget and we are at 2 billion 3 million dollars = we were robbed...
enter ICAD aka Intergraph Corp inherited HP's disaster because HP had no 911 Tech background but HP had 2 biggies appointed to the NY Pension board and by whom? Mike Bloomberg?
The story of how HP got the 911 top and the original contractor forced out - let's say so convenient as was HP's exit with so far no criminal prosecution. All contractors deny wrong doing but in my opinion they all are guilty because we went so far over budget it is clear every possible way everyone over billed any which way they could and our lives continue to be at risk.
If we had a Boston like attack here the system would have failed like it did Hurricane Sandy and Bloomberg's blizzard and I have heard NYPD still getting duplicate calls. Hell for all that money why can't we text 911?
You realize Rudy was hailed as a 911 hero when he had 11 years to move the Emergency Command Center and did not. Rudy threw out AutoTime for CityTime all his guys lobbyists for SAIC and Mike throws out a 911 Tech system that could have been expanded.

Before saying more, Bloomberg should ask one of his aides for a copy of the city’s own background check on Intergraph Corp., the Alabama-based company that produced this new system, known as ICAD.
