Mike donating to Techno-Dyne and other sub-contractors that stole --oops over billed NYC tax payers! On Mike just gives away tax payer money in the mega-millions that adds up to billions of dollars to crooks. Sure glad he won’t be doing that with his billions just tax payer’s billions!!!!!!
