This is the biggest white collar crime ever seen in NYC gov and so far no arrests and it is not just one project but many under Mike Bloomberg a supposedly biz whiz and tech wonder and he pushed the largest amount of tax payer money on IT information tech and guess what most of it was a waster while we have even harsher cuts thanks to a third term mayor and his corrupt puppet Christine Quinn who brushed aside investigations in to Citytime! The reason I say this is no arrests CityTime 2 which John Liu dubbed ECTP the 911 Tech System and no arrests of NYC gov officials and counterparts SAIC and sub-contractors.
