SAIC has returned 2.4 million and there is massive fall-out to come.

Mike Bloomberg the great business man tech saavy’s biggest scandal massive white collar crime NYC gov....record amount of them, record amount of money stolen are all with tech deals from Board of Education, high tech big tech deals like CityTime as flawed as hell and don’t forget Karen Shaffer an asst. commissioner of aging NYC gov just got busted stealing time, CityTime, manually lying about how many hours she worked stealing time.
She has not been forced to pay back the $22,000 she stole and she has not been fired.
