Tompkins in need of rain, a cooling down....
9th Precinct making the rounds perhaps because of the heat, the music festival and a large turn out of ill people in need including some regulars with serious substance abuse problems.

The heat wave does bring out some skirmish on line with folks waiting to get in to the City’s public pools but considering record heat waves thangs are cool.
