Mike Bloomberg says X percent of NYC gov are on CityTime and states CityTime is a head of schedule BUT HOW MANY OF THE PEOPLE USING CITYTIME CAN ACTUALLY USE IT WITHOUT HAVING TO GET ON A PHONE AND STRAIGHTEN OUT PROBLEMS? MY POINT IS IT DOESN'T WORK AND BLOOMBERG IS SELLING A LIE? WHY? We should get a refund, a full refund on CityTime. SAIC and consultants cough up the $$$$... We tax payers should sue if need be.! I have videos of nyc gov workers stating CityTime doesn't work and they have to get on the phone to straighten out problems on a YouTube channel called BloombergnoCityTime from a protest on the steps of City Hall and I was recently in a NYC gov. office a few days after Bloomberg's Blizzard of 2010 and I heard a worker complain that CityTime did not recognize her overtime and she was going to get on the phone to straighten out the problem. Is this like Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn selling the great lie that we needed Mike for a 3rd term to help us with the economy. The majority of us feel Mike Bloomberg has not helped us but he and Quinn just helped their friends!
