The defense attorney for the rape cops asks why would they return a 4th time if his client allegedly raped her the 3rd. The answer is the same reason Robert Chambers returned to where he murdered Jennifer Levin...I call it "power tripping". Read Berger's book on "Ways of Seeing". It made these officers feel very powerful. Not just standing over her and returning over and over but many other sick activities this newspaper reported including collecting women's telephone numbers that all lived in the 9th Precinct's domain. Why hasn't Internal Affairs investigated why he hid heroin? Was it because he wanted to use it with one of the young women in the neighborhood that would barter sex for drugs? That is what I would ask.
