The neighborhood can’t escape parties but this lot was a mess and I would see large rats scamper by so this is an improvement.
p.s. My Grandfather was born on Ludlow Street in to poverty. You could smell the poverty on Ludlow Street way back than.

Time Share Backyard 145 Ludlow Street
