The crater sized depression is on 9th Street between 2nd Avenue and 1st Avenue but it is a city wide problem. The streets and the infrastructure beneath the streets are a mess. Ditto for the subway system yet Bloomberg and socialite City Plannner Amanda the People’s Burden another Cathie Black pushed reckless development too fast to be safe and on old NY’s infrastructure.
