St. Ann's Church to trying to push through commercial zoning kicking the Mayor La Guardia statue (a real mayor that cared about people) to the curb to make Bleecker La Guardia Mercer in to Mid-Town for corrupt NYU, Mike's best friend. Mike puts NYU and their corrupt crushing development a head of the people of New York who continue to say NO but this is not a democracy under Bloomberg greed and ruthlessness rule.
